Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waimairi County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a public hall, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi, in trust, for that purpose.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for cemetery purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Greymouth, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control in the Minister of Health, Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve, and Vesting in the Amuri County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of control in the Minister of Health and changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for public purposes to a reserve for water-supply purposes, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Amuri, in trust, for water-supply purposes.
