Restricted Area for Aircraft

1.In pursuance of regulation 33 of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1953, I hereby proclaim, in the interest of public safety, the following area to be a restricted area for the passage of all civil aircraft:
All that area included in a circle having a radius of 10 nautical miles centred on the coordinates 36° 28' 45·3" S and 174° 09' 38·1" E and extending from ground level to 50,000 feet.
2. No civil aircraft shall be permitted to enter the Restricted Area so described without first having obtained a clearance to do so from Air Traffic Control.
