Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 425 of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Court has made an
order, dated 24 February 1961, firstly declaring that piece of
road in the Schedule hereto to be a closed road, and secondly
including such closed road in the title to the Rehuotane B 1B
Block, the said title, a partition order dated the 11th day of
July 1940, being amended accordingly.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in Block IV, Whangarei Survey District,
Whangarei County, containing an area of 1 acre 1 rood 15
perches, more or less, being the portion of road closed as
above, adjoining or passing through Rehuotane B 1 Block; as
the some is more particularly delineated in plan M.L. 14143
(and coloured green thereon) deposited in the office of the
Chief Surveyor, Auckland.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Mangonui Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the
publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in
the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions
of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land
being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 16 September
1930 and published in the Gazette, 25 September 1930, Volume
III, page 2850.

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the pro-
visions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
said land being so subject by virtue of notices dated 28 April
1939 and 4 May 1938, and published in the Gazettes, 4 May
