Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, and Revoking Previous Notice
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 3rd day of March 1961, and published in Gazette, 9 March 1961, No. 18, page 395, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, and hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 29th day of May 1961.

Agreement for Grant of Easements in Favour of James Yiannett and Chris Yiannett, both of New Plymouth, Restaurateurs, Over Land Situated in the City of New Plymouth Held for Post Office Purposes, Assented to
Whereas by a Proclamation dated the 16th day of May 1953, and published in the Gazette of 21 May 1953, Volume II, page 766, all that piece of land containing approximately 1·13 perches, being part Lot 1, D.P. 5884, being part Section 889, Town of New Plymouth, situated in the City of New Plymouth, was taken for post office purposes:
And whereas James Yiannett and Chris Yiannett, both of New Plymouth, restaurateurs, were entitled to compensation in respect of their interest in the said land:
And whereas the Minister of Works agreed to grant to the said James Yiannett and Chris Yiannett a right of way over, adjoining land held for post office purposes together with the right to connect to sewer and storm-water drains on the said land in addition to payment of a sum of money in full satisfaction of the compensation aforesaid:
And whereas the said James Yiannett and Chris Yiannett, agreed to accept such grant of right of way and the right to connect to sewer and storm-water drains in addition to payment of a sum of money in full satisfaction of the said compensation:
Now, therefore, the Minister of Works hereby gives notice, in pursuance of section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Omakau Domain
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Omakau Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a rifle range to a reserve for a site for a municipal depot.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the One Tree Hill Borough Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of One Tree Hill, in trust, for that purpose.
