0 0 4·1 Part Lot 27, D.P. 19643, being part Hamlin's Grant; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2710 (S.O. 42489) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May 1961.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 14·7 perches situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 20, D.P. 1244, being part Section 10, Right Bank Wanganui River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2716 (S.O. 24919) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May 1961.

All those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Special School in Block VII, Waimea Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a special school over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of May 1961.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5·33 perches situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, being part Section 81, District of Waimea East; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2708 (S.O. 10195) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, being part Section 81, District of Waimea East, being all the land in conveyance No. 31983 (deeds index, Volume 5, folio 3), Nelson Deeds Office.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of May 1961.
