A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 28th day of August 1940, published in Gazette, 5 September 1940, at page 2262, and registered as No. 528, Marlborough Land Registry, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Block XIV, Onamalutu Survey District, in so far as it affects the land secondly described in the First Schedule to the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
