Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Bay of Islands Development
Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said
land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 12 June 1930

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waihi-Pukawa Development
Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that with the exception of the land described in the Schedule hereto all portions
of the land formerly known as Waituhi-Kuratau 1A containing
7,238 acres, more or less, and situate in Blocks I and II,
Pukawa Survey District, Block IV, Maungakau Survey District, Block XIII, Karangahape Survey District, and Block XVI,
Puketapu Survey District, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the said Act as from the date of
publication of this notice in the Gazette, the said land being so
subject by virtue of a notice in the Gazette on the 3rd day of
October 1946 at page 1560.
