DECLARATION BY AN ASSISTANT REGISTRAR DISSOLVING A SOCIETY

I, Lawrence Hamilton McClelland, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Diamond Harbour Golf Club Incorporated Society has ceased operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957

In the matter of the estate of Linda Stubbs, late of Auckland, widow, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that Arthur Henry Dallimore has filed in the Supreme Court at Auckland an application for approval of a scheme propounded under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 in respect of the land, buildings, and improvements situate at 512 Richmond Road, Auckland, the purport of the scheme being that the net proceeds of the sale of the said house property be paid to the said Arthur Henry Dallimore to be held by him after payment of certain moneys upon trust during his life for expenses of evangelistic, Christian, or faith-healing meetings, writings, or advertisements and that the balance remaining after his death be paid to The Salvation Army of New Zealand for its evangelistic work in the Auckland Province and that the motion for approval of the said scheme will be heard at the Supreme Courthouse at Auckland, on Friday, the 2nd day of June 1961, at 10 a.m.

A copy of the scheme may be inspected at the Supreme Court Office at Auckland or at the offices of Messrs Glaister, Ennor, and Kiff, Solicitors, High Street, Auckland.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must give written notice of his intention so to do to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland and to Arthur Henry Dallimore at the offices of Messrs Glaister, Ennor, and Kiff, Solicitors, High Street, Auckland, and to Her Majesty’s Attorney-General not less than seven clear days before the said 2nd day of June 1961.
