EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of lease 27812, whereof L. E. Ritson Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington was lessee, affecting 23·1 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Section 6, Kaiwarra District, being also Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 2182 and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 362, folio 33, Wellington Registry, and application 488824 having been made to me to issue a provisional copy of the said lease, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional lease on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 667, folio 12, Wellington Registry, in the name of Edwin Allen Payton, of Paraparaumu, retired farmer, for 1 rood 37·51 perches, more or less, situate in Block IX of the Kaitawa Survey District, being parts of Ngarara West A 59B, and being also Lots 110 and 111 on Plan 16328, and application (488933) having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Notice is hereby given that the parcel of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Ronald James Bowie, of Wellington, electrician – all that parcel of land containing 9·82 perches, being part Section 26, Ohiro District, and being the part of Lots 1, 2, and 3 shown as Dargle Street on Land Transfer Plan 22699 and also being part of the land contained in deeds index, Vol. 3, fol. 224.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 399, folio 2 (Canterbury Registry), for 617 acres, or thereabouts, situated in Blocks V and VI of the Waipara Survey District, being Rural Section 33860 and part of Rural Sections 8460, 8465, 25691, 25692, and 31748, part of the said land being more particularly described as parts of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 1526, in the name of William James Julian Earl, of Hawarden, farmer, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss of memorandum of mortgage No. 162071 affecting the land in the abovementioned certificate of title, Volume 399, folio 2, whereof William James Julian Earl, of Hawarden, farmer, is the mortgagor, and Catherine Jane Earle, of Hawarden, married woman, is the mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional mortgage upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 330, folio 143 (Canterbury Registry), for 30⁴/₁₀ perches, or thereabouts, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Lot 26 of Block III on Deposited Plan No. 2315, part of Rural Section 21, in the name of Thomas Henry Harris, of Christchurch, retired gentleman, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss of memorandum of mortgage No. 118962 affecting the land in the abovementioned certificate of title, Volume 330, folio 143, whereof Thomas Henry Harris, of Christchurch, retired gentleman, is the mortgagor, and Ralphina Thomas, wife of William Alfred Thomas, of Christchurch, tailor (now deceased), is now the mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transmission of the said mortgage and a transfer exercising the power of sale in the said mortgage without production of the said mortgage, in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and to register such transmission and transfer upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
