Land Taken for Road in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1961.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 34·5 Part land on D.P. 12411, being part Clendon’s Grant; coloured yellow on plan M.O.W. 2404. (S.O. 42641.)
0 0 26·8 Part land on D.P. 6888, being part Clendon’s Grant; coloured yellow on plan M.O.W. 2405. (S.O. 42643.)

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of March 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 2 8·6 Part Lot 2, D.P. 979; coloured orange on plan.
0 2 9·2 Part Lot 1, D.P. 979; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 19·6 Part Lot 1, D.P. 13257; coloured blue on plan.

All being part Section 102, Left Bank Wanganui River.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2413 (S.O. 24752) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

All being parts Section 12, Owhiro District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2411 (S.O. 24554) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 0·7 perches situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 10, D.P. 38363. Part certificate of title, Volume 1586, folio 21, Auckland Land Registry.
