Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Rotorua

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject as to Lots 129 and 135 to pipeline certificate S. 134769, Auckland Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1961.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Rotorua described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 33·2 Lot 92, D.P. S. 1628, being part Section 46, Suburbs of Rotorua. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1420, folio 87, Auckland Registry.

0 1 16·9 Lots 129 and 135, D.P. 327, being part Section 26, Block I, Tarawera Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1431, folio 29, Auckland Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1961.

Land in the Borough of Mount Roskill Taken for the Purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 13·8 Part Lot 14, D.P. 1722, being part Allotment 2 of Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District; Borough of Mount Roskill. (S.O. 41629)


In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17175 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1961.

Public Reserve Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Waitara

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1961.


SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of public reserve containing 1 rood situated in the Borough of Waitara, Taranaki R.D., and being Section 5, Block XLIII, Town of Waitara West; as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth as No. 1150.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1961.
