Thames Abattoir District Extended (Notice No. Ag. 7233)

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Meat Act 1939, and on the application of the Thames Borough Council, the controlling authority of the abattoir established and maintained for the Thames Abattoir District, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares that the part of the County of Thames described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby included in the Thames Abattoir District.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a public reserve for the use, enjoyment, and benefit of the public over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Gisborne City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the development of the Atkinson Street recreation reserve which is vested in the Council.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Lower Hutt City Council
