A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 2·1 perches situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 14946, being part Rural Section 1700; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2255 (S.O. 9774) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
