A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Sefton Alexander Mannering, of Napier, manager, and William Thomas Dobson, of Napier, solicitor, under and by virtue of Crown lease No. 3020, H.B. Volume 76, folio 175 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry), Arthur Thomas Maulder and Henry Charles Maulder of Waipawa, farmers, under and by virtue of lease No. 423, H.B. Volume 37, folio 31 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry) and John James Harwood, of Waipawa, farmer, under and by virtue of lease No. 3045, H.B. Volume 64, folio 164 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of March 1961.
