A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line
restriction imposed by notice S. 128291, Auckland Land
Registry, for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day
of March 1961.

ALL that piece of land containing 33·6 perches situated in the
Borough of Rotorua, being Lot 29, D.P. S. 6010, being part
Allotments 43 and 76, Suburbs of Rotorua. Part certificate

I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 6th day of March 1961.

described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty
the Queen by the Kopara Sawmilling Co. Ltd., having its
registered office at Christchurch, under and by virtue of
deferred payment licence, Volume 50, folio 187, Westland
Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 6th day of March 1961.
