Notice of Intention to Take Additional Land in Block VII, Hororata Survey District, for a Public School

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto, for a public school; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Glentunnel and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Hororata Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

0 0 12 Lot 1, Block XIII, D.P. 10, being part Rural Section 14759. Part certificate of title, Volume 6, folio 48, Canterbury Land Registry.
0 0 24·25 Lots 3 and 4, Block XIII, D.P. 10, being part Rural Section 14759. All certificate of title, Volume 6, folio 39, Canterbury Land Registry.

Being three sections situated in High Street, Malvern Township, and adjoining the site of the South Malvern School.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2033 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block VII, Motatau Survey District, for a Teacher’s Residence

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a teacher’s residence; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kawakawa and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 25 perches situated in Block VII, Motatau Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 54, D.P. 7586, being part Motatau No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2046 (S.O. 42571) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Orewa and is there open for inspection; and all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
