A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 13·5 perches situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 15 and 18, D.P. 47382, and being part Allotments 11 and 13, Section 3, Town of Onehunga. Part certificates of title, Volume 1113, folio 202, Volume 1666, folio 37, and Volume 693, folio 284, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of February 1961.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
