A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for purposes of public recreation and erection of public amenities and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of February 1961.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, described as follows:
