Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, and Previous Notice Revoked
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice, dated the 26th day of July 1960, and published in Gazette, 28 July 1960, No. 46, page 1017, declaring land in the Borough of Blenheim taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, and hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 30th day of May 1960.

Marlborough Land District
All those pieces of land containing 1 rood 15·9 perches situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., being Lots 13 and 48, D.P. 2593, being part Section 47, Wairau Registration District. Part of the land in Proclamations No. 23712 and No. 24340, Marlborough Land Registry.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 13th day of February 1961, subject as to Lot 2, D.P. 42812, to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 201773, Auckland Land Registry, subject as to Lot 9, D.P. 40636, to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59, Land Act 1928, subject as to Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, D.P. 47818, to the same restrictions as are imposed in the case of leases by section 206, Land Act 1924, and subject as to Lots 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13, D.P. 47818, to the building-line restriction contained in K. 72516, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 13th day of February 1961, subject to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 458260, Canterbury Land Registry.

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made by the local authorities listed in the Schedule hereto in the interests of their respective district schemes which refusals or prohibitions but for this notice would expire between the date of public notification hereof and the 1st day of February 1962 inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 1st day of February 1962.
