Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Licensing Thomas Cecil Audrey Watson to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Harbour at Tutukaka as a Site for a Slipway
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Thomas Cecil Audrey Watson, of Whangarei (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the harbour at Tutukaka, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10919 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a slipway thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, as far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).
- The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1961.
