Appointment of the Homewood Memorial Public Hall Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the
Homewood Memorial Public Hall Board
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a memorial public-hall site until the 7th day of February 1964.

RESERVE for a memorial public-hall site fronting Lot 1, D.P. 1711, situated in Block VI, Orieri Survey District: Area, 1 rood, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3630/124 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington; and thereon coloured red.
