Declaring Land to be Crown Land

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 0·3 perches, more or less, being the block of land known as Te Koutu E 75, situated in Block IV, Horohoro, and Block I, Tarawera Survey Districts.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of February 1961.

Additional Land at Whangarei Taken for the Purposes of the Whangarei-Kamo Railway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Whangarei-Kamo Railway.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:

A. R. P. Being
2 3 19·5 Part Lot 6, D.P. 5172, being part Raumanga No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei. (S.O. 42587.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17115 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of February 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 5·5 Part Lot 2, D.P. 26507, being part Hamlin’s Grant.

Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington. (S.O. 42527.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17098 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of February 1961.
