A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of January 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of January 1961.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for municipal purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of January 1961.

Easement Over Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Kikiwa Substation) in Block VI, Motupiko Survey District and Previous Proclamation Revoked as to Part

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 17th day of December 1958 published in Gazette, 18 December 1958, Vol. III, at page 1843, and registered as No. 67795, Nelson Land Registry, taking an easement over land for the development of water power (Kikiwa Substation) in Blocks I, II, and VI, Motupiko Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the development of water power (Kikiwa Substation) over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water from the spring situated on the land sixthly described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation, to the said substation along, under, or over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, and maintain a line of pipes over the land described in the said Second Schedule hereto and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water; such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the First and Second Schedules of the Proclamation dated the 3rd day of September 1957, published in Gazette, 5 September 1957, Vol. III, page 1608, and registered as No. 62955, Nelson Land Registry.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2·7 perches situated in Block VI, Motupiko Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 6, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W 1767 (S.O. 10185) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3·6 perches situated in Block VI, Motupiko Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 6, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1767 (S.O. 10185) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
