No. 9

Declaration That Lands Shall be Subject to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

Pursuant to section 17 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1955, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 as public reserves for the respective purposes shown under the heading “Purpose of Reservation” in the said Schedule.
