PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 29th day of May 1959 and published in Gazette, 4 June 1959, No. 33, page 724, proclaiming land as street and street closed in the City of Palmerston North, and hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
