EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, H.B. Volume 85, folio 257 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), in the names of Erwin Sharman Molony, of Auckland, retired civil servant, and Thomas Murnane, of Napier, retired timber worker, for 1 acre and 12 perches, more or less, being part of Block 27, Puketapu Crown Grant District, and application (K. 160174) having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of mortgage No. 344543, whereof Douglas Bostock Mackersey, of Levin, photographer, and Ashley Trevor Duncan, of Wellington, retired solicitor (now deceased), are mortgagees affecting 1 rood 24·98 perches, more or less, situate in Block IV of the Belmont Survey District, being part of Section 193 of the Hutt District, and being also Lot 140 on Deposited Plan No. 9185 (Town of Pinehaven), and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 515, folio 82, Wellington Registry, and evidence having also been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of the above-mentioned certificate of title in the name of Richard Charles Roberts, of Wellington, linotype mechanic, and application 480831 having been made to me to register a transmission of the said mortgage to Douglas Bostock Mackersey and a discharge of the said mortgage, and to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title, Volume 515, folio 82, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said mortgage under section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and to register such transmission and discharge, and to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
