Cancellation of the Vesting in the Dannevirke Borough Council, Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Scenic Purposes, and Addition of the Reserve to Makirikiri Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Dannevirke Borough Council and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a rubbish dump to a reserve for scenic purposes and, further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Makirikiri Scenic Reserve.

Pursuant to subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act 1941, notice is hereby given that the above draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.
