Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of December 1960.

SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods 34·4 perches situated in the city of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 7, D.P. 2849, part Block 101, Puketapu Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1681 (S.O. 3300) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to the land first described to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 433515, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to the land secondly described to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 433516, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of December 1960.

All those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

10 2 7·04 Lots 1 to 12, 17 to 33, 35, 38, 40 to 56, 62 to 69, and 75 to 85, D.P. 21875, being parts Section 21, Lowry Bay District.
4 1 28·78 Lots 9 to 12 and 30 to 33, D.P. 21823, and Lots 13 to 16, 34, 39, 57, 58, 60, and 61, D.P. 21875, being parts Section 21, Lowry Bay District.

All being parts certificate of title, Volume 345, folio 266, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land first described to the mining rights created in and by transfer 22446, Auckland Land Registry, for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of December 1960.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Coromandel Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
Being
A. R. P.
0 1 12 Part land on D.P. 2054, being part Kaimarama Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 1·5 Part land on D.P. 1473, being part Kaimarama Block; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1158 (S.O. 40522) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

All that piece of land containing 32·1 perches situated in the Borough of Opotiki, Gisborne R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 4574, Town of Opotiki. All certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 64.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with right of way granted by conveyance No. 29462, Otago Land Registry, for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of December 1960.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 12·92 perches situated in the City of Dunedin, being Lot 2, D.P. 5234, and being part Sections 57 and 58, Block XXIX, Town of Dunedin. All certificate of title, Volume 293, folio 66, Otago Land Registry.
