A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the street described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land acquired for the purposes of the Housing Act 1955 described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of street containing 37·4 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and adjoining or passing through Lots 45 and 46, D.P. 6257, part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1804 (S.O. 3262) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 31·8 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Lot 46, D.P. 6257, part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 119, folio 276, and being all the land ninthly comprised and described in Proclamation No. 146769, Hawke's Bay Registry.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 21st day of May 1947, to be road.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Motorway
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of November 1950, published in Gazette, 30 November 1950, Volume III, page 2032, and registered as No. 4272, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 33·3 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 4, D.P. 2037, being part Section 14, Porirua District. All certificate of title, Volume 293, folio 126, Wellington Land Registry.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Amuri County containing 32 acres 1 rood 19 perches, more or less, being Reserve 4950 (formerly part Lot 1, D.P. 14881, being part Rural Section 36795), situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 300, folio 116, part cancelled. As shown on plan No. 129/54 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered yellow. (S.O. Plan 9633.)
