As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10038 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Approval of Testing Officer Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being testing officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in column 1 of the said Schedule.

Approval of Testing Officer Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being testing officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in column 1 of the said Schedule.

Tariff Notice—Decision on Application for Approval
NOTICE is hereby given that the application notified in Tariff Notice No. 59* for the classification, by approval of the Minister of Customs, of:
- Coffee pots;
- Cruet sets, consisting of mustard, pepper, and salt containers, including stands for such sets;
- Egg cups, including stands therefor;
- Jugs, table, including jugs having a music box incorporated in the base, but not including electric hot-water jugs;
- Sauce boats and stands therefor;
- Teapots and stands therefor;
- Toast racks;
under item 214 (2) (a) of the Customs Tariff, has been declined.
