Appointment of the Whakatane County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the

Whakatane County Council

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—KOTARE SCENIC RESERVE

PARTS Allotment 183, Waimana Parish: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 16575.)

Revocation of Appointment of Board and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Waima Scenic and Historic Board as published in Gazette, 6 September 1956, Volume III, page 1225, and appoints the Hokianga County Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic and historic reserve.
