Appointing Person to Regulate and Control the Traffic and Navigation of the Waikato River

Revoking Warrant Appointing Person to Regulate and Control the Traffic and Navigation of the Waikato River

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes the appointment, dated 19 January 1950, of Ronald James Sutherland to regulate and control the traffic and navigation of the Waikato River on days on which regattas or boat races are held on any part of the river.

Rates of Vegetable Levy Fixed (Notice No. Ag. 7173)

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Vegetables Levy Act 1957, the Minister of Agriculture hereby fixes the following rates of levy to be deducted from amounts due to vegetable growers:

(a) Where the vegetables are sold for the purpose of processing or canning, three-eighths of one per cent;
(b) Where the vegetables are sold for any other purpose, one-quarter of one per cent.

Declaration That Reserves Form Part of the Yatton Park Domain
