COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a kindergarten teachers'
training centre; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 15th day of February 1960.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods, situated in Block
XI, Town of Dunedin, City of Dunedin, being Sections 18
and 19. All certificate of title, Volume 175, folio 82, Otago
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of February 1960.

Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 15th day of February 1960.
SCHEDULE
CanterburY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 6 perches, situated
in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural
Sections 1140 and 2392; as the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160386 (S.O. 9574)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 15th day of February 1960.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres and 4.7 perches,
situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, City of Invercar-
gill, Southland R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 3918, and being
also part Section 7; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 161041 (S.O. 6547) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and
shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of
the County of Manukau as from the date hereinafter men-
tioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 15th day of February 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 15.2 perches, situ-
ated in Block VI, Wairoa Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
and being part land on D.P. 12855, being part N. portion
Orere and Taupo Blocks; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160586 (S.O. 40877)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Welling-
ton, and thereon coloured yellow.
