Flight Lieutenant Alfred George Edward Pugh (70142) to be Squadron Leader, with effect from 2 November 1960.

EDUCATION BRANCH
Promotion

Squadron Leader Leslie Stewart Moodie, B.A. (70324), to be Wing Commander, with effect from 18 October 1960.

Extension of Commission

Flight Lieutenant William Andrew Carson, B.A. (75621), is granted an extension of his commission until 21 November 1965.

AIR TRAINING CORPS
Appointment

Brian Peter Snell is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer, with seniority and effect from 27 October 1960.

Promotion

Pilot Officer Robert John Willyams, M.A., to be Flying Officer, with effect from 21 October 1960.

Extension of Date of Retirement

The age for retirement of Flight Lieutenant (temp.) Geoffrey Hampton Thorp, M.AGR.SC., is extended for a period of one year, with effect from 3 September 1960.

Transfer

Special Duties Division

Flight Lieutenant Barrie Jansen Dudding (300775) is transferred from the General Duties Branch, Reserve of Air Force Officers, to the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division), Territorial Air Force, for a period of five years to be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is transferred with his present rank and seniority, with effect from 3 November 1960.

Appointments

Ronald Stanley Bryson is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Flying Officer with seniority from 6 November 1959, with effect from 6 November 1960.

Patrick Baine Harbidge is granted a commission in the Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer with seniority and effect from 25 October 1960.

Transfer to Retired List

Flight Lieutenant Ronald Malcolm McGregor, B.SC., DIP.ED., is transferred to the Retired List “B”, with effect from 1 July 1960.
