CORRIGENDUM

IN the Warrant dated the 7th day of September 1960, and published in Gazette, 15 September 1960, No. 59, page 1440, appointing a member of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, for the surname “Tremain”, read “Tremaine”, which last-mentioned name appears in the Warrant signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Dated at Wellington this 10th day of October 1960.

Declaring Lands in Westland and Canterbury Land Districts Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, being areas vested in the Canterbury Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.


FIRST SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

Lot 1, D.P. 343, being part Rural Section 1349, situated in Block XV, Arnold Survey District: Area, 1 rood, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 21, folio 248.

SECOND SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

Part Reserve 1165, situated in Block X, Hororata Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less. Balance certificate of title, Volume 106, folio 264. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1226M deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 123548, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1960.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 8 perches situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, being Lot 114, D.P. S. 5621, being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka 3B 4 Block.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1960.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1960.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3·9 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 13, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1602 (S.O. 42351) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1960.
