A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 4 acres 1 rood 10 perches situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining Reserve 2949 and parts Reserves 181 and 2946; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161519 (S.O. 9537) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a railway in Blocks X, XI, and XII, Wakamarina Survey District, viz, a portion of the Nelson-South Island Main Trunk Railway (Canvastown-Havelock Section) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of December 1957, and published in Gazette, 19 December 1957, Volume III, page 2346, taking land for the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway in Blocks VIII and XI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, in so far as it affects the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the rights created by pipeline certificate No. 133815, Auckland Registry, is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of November 1960.
