COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of November 1960.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Tongariro Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 10714 and subject to the rights of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 10713, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken in connection with street widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of November 1960.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 13·28 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 11821, being part Section 97, Town of Wellington. Part certificate of title, Volume 556, folio 237, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 3·37 perches situated in Block V, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 13, D.P. 44638. Parts certificates of title, Volume 315, folio 241, and Volume 93, folio 264, Auckland Land Registry.
