THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for an aerodrome.
SCHEDULE
Otago LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing 80 acres 1 rood 32 perches, situated in Block IV, Maungatua Survey District, being Sections 68 and 69. All certificates of title, Volume 398, folio 98, Otago Land Registry.

The Western Side of Portion of Elliott Street in the City of Auckland Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the 19th day of September 1960, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to portion of the western side of Elliott Street fronting a subdivision of Allotment 15 and part Allotment 16, Section 15, City of Auckland, and comprised in certificates of title, Volume 414, folio 200, and Volume 753, folio 164, and more particularly shown coloured red on plan A. 2019/3.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE western side of all that portion of Elliott Street in the City of Auckland fronting Allotment 15 and part Allotment 16, Section 15, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1456 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
