PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 2 roods 32·4
perches situated in Block IV, Waihou Survey District, Auckland
R.D., adjoining or passing through Lots 1 and 2, D.P.
19797, being portions of Omahu W. No. 2A (western portion)
No. 3 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 1468 (S.O. 40470) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the
Maori Land Court by an order dated the 10th day of October
1958, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation date the 30th day of July 1948,
published in Gazette, 5 August 1948, Vol. II, page 975, and
registered as No. 3923, Wellington Land Registry, defining
the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-
Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in so far
as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 2 roods 6·3
perches, situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, Wellington
R.D., being Lots 1 to 13 and 41 to 50, D.P. 21020 being
part Section 97, Hutt District. Balance certificate of title,
Volume 841, folio 97, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
