Land, and a Leasehold Estate in Land, Taken for a Microwave Radio Repeater Station in Blocks VI and VII, Otanake Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ernest Briscoe Ronaldson, of Te Kuiti, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. F. 168, are hereby taken for a microwave radio repeater station, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1960.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 26·1 perches situated in Block VII, Otanake Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot D.D., D.P., 7219, being part Maraetaua 9c Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 401 (S.O. 40338) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Otanake Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Quarry in Block V, Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangaroa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangaroa the full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for their servants, agents, workmen, employees, and contractors from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals, vehicles, machinery, or plant over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way, and that such right of way shall be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1960.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by G. Anderson and Son Ltd., of Raetihi, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 10A, folio 140, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a metal pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1960.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 34·4 perches situated in Block VI, Makotuku Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Sections 24 and 68; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1322 (S.O. 24779) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river protection purposes and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of November 1960.
