Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Tauranga County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as a reserve for a site for a community centre, and further vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga, in trust, for that purpose.
