A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.

Previous Proclamation Revoked and Land Proclaimed as
Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block II, Ruatani-
wha Survey District, Waipawa County
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 4th day of July
1960, and published in Gazette, 7 July 1960, No. 41, page
879, proclaiming land as road and road closed; and also, pur-
suant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the
First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby
take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for
the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
