CORRIGENDUM
In a notice published in Gazette, 6 October 1960, No. 64, page 1564, notifying the appointment of officers authorised to take and receive statutory declarations, in the Schedule thereto, for the words “Conservator of Wildlife, Auckland,” read “Conservator of Wildlife, Rotorua,” which last-mentioned word appears in the instrument signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Teacher’s Residence in the Borough of Putaruru

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of November 1960.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 17·2 perches, situated in the Borough of Putaruru, being Lot 37, D.P. S. 2014, being part Section 97, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District. Formerly all deferred payment licence, Volume 1223, folio 57, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of November 1960.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of November 1960.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 17 acres 1 rood 7·1 perches, situated in Blocks VII and XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 39670, being part Allotment 21, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1443 (S.O. 42365) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 2, D.P. S. 5967, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 168071, Auckland Land Registry, and as to Lot 41, D.P. S. 6441, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 183844, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of November 1960.
