Foreshore Licence at Panmure, Tamaki River, Amended

——

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence of 1 October 1957, published in the Gazette of 10 October 1957, page 1783, licensing Wilson Rothery Ltd., of Auckland, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Panmure, Tamaki River, as a site for a cattle ramp, by inserting after the figures “10271” the words and figures “and M.D. 10879”.

Licensing Curious Cove (Holidays) Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Kahikatea Bay, Picton Harbour, as a Site for a Jetty

——

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Curious Cove (Holidays) Ltd., of Picton (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Kahikatea Bay, Picton Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 8533 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a jetty thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds (£2) and the annual sum so payable shall be three pounds (£3).

3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of November 1960.
