Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XVII, Waikari Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1960.

FIRST SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 9·7 perches, situated in Block XVII, Waikari Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 9310, being part Rural Sections 7538 and 7538x; coloured blue on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVII, Waikari Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 3·31 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 3 of Lot 9, Deeds Plan 4, being part Section 26, Fitzroy District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1385 (S.O. 9182) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
