Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 8th day of February 1960, subject as to Lots 5, 7, 12, 15, 28, and 32, D.P. 44796, to the building-line restriction contained in K. 66963, Auckland Land Registry.
