Licensing the Waiheke Road Board to Use and Occupy Part
of the Bed of the Okahuiti Creek, Waiheke Island, as a
Site for a Footbridge and Causeway

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licences and permits the Waiheke Road Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of
Okahuiti Creek, Waiheke Island, as shown on plan marked
M.D. 10292 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, as a site for a footbridge and causeway,
such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
   as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be two years from the 1st
   day of June 1960.
3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be one
   shilling payable on demand.

Amending Notice Regarding Land Set Apart by the Otago
Harbour Board

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Otago Harbour Board Lands
Vesting Act 1910 as amended by section 4 of the Otago Harbour Board Empowering Act 1959, the Minister of Marine
hereby declares that from and after the 1st day of April 1960
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land duly set
apart by the Otago Harbour Board in terms of the said enactments, ceased to be vested in the said Board, and that
thereupon the said land became a public domain subject to
Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953. The notice
of 2 June 1960 published in the Gazette, 9 June 1960, page
772, is hereby revoked.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing by admeasurement 10 acres and 19·9 perches, more or less, being
part Andersons Bay, adjoining Tainui Inlet part Dunnet Street
and parts Sections 1 and 2, Block II, Andersons Bay Survey
District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.D. 10790 deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue and
edged pink.
