Pursuant to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, has this day appointed
Geoffrey Llewellyn Jones, Esquire, of 422 Collins Street, Melbourne,
a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, to be a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in Victoria, for the purpose of administering and taking of oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

Declaration That Reserves Form Part of the Motunau Domain

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for road purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that, subject to the provision of a public access way 6 ft wide along the western boundary of Lot 37 and the eastern boundary of part Lot 38, D.P. 18996, the lands may be disposed of by the Mount Albert Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 10 June 1960 and published in Gazette, 16 June 1960, Vol. II, page 795, and that notice is hereby revoked.
