Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Maketu Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 28 July 1931 and published in the Gazette, 6 August 1931, Volume II, page 2221.

Revoking Bylaw Regulating Traffic on the Mihi Bridge Over the Waikato River (on the Rotorua-Taupo State Highway)

Pursuant to section 13 of the National Roads Act 1953 and section 54 of the Transport Act 1949, the National Roads Board hereby revokes, as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the bylaw specified in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

The bylaw regulating traffic on the Mihi Bridge over the Waikato River on the Rotorua-Taupo State Highway and published in Gazette, No. 25, 31 March 1955, page 605.
This revocation was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on the 15th day of September 1960.
