Land Taken and Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block VI, Waipakura Survey District, Waitotara County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Waipakura Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block VI, Wai-
pakura Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Being

0 0 32 Part Crown land; coloured sepia on plan.

0 0 18 Part stream bed; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1207 (S.O. 24588) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robert Gould Hunter-Weston and Hugh Hunter-Weston, both of Lake Tekapo, sheep farmers, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 529, folio 86, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 9 perches situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Run 272; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161519 (S.O. 9537) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of October 1960.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·9 perches situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 5, D.P. 22818, being part Allotment 2, Whangarei Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1220 (S.O. 39341) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
